Overview
One Marina Gardens is the inaugural and only residential development in Marina South — Singapore's newest coastal estate, masterplanned as a 45-hectare live-work-play enclave beside Gardens by the Bay. Two towers — Block 3 at 30 storeys and Block 5 rising 45 storeys — frame a resort-like ground plane with dual 50m pools, sky terraces and cascading gardens.

One Marina Gardens sits on Marina Gardens Lane, Lot 00713P of TS30. The Circle Line extension connecting Marina South to the wider CCL network is under active construction. Upon completion, Marina South MRT will interchange seamlessly with the existing CCL.
