Sculpted Rock Forms, Carved Into the Land
Tucked into the natural slopes of Bassein Road, the design draws inspiration from the terrain itself — shaped like a series of sculpted forms that feel carved into the land rather than built on top of it. Soft, earthy materials such as timber and stone bring a warm, welcoming feel to the interiors.
Derived Sculpted Rock Forms
The facade concept draws on the Sierra's geological strata — layered forms that echo the natural slopes of the site, designed by P&T Consultants, architects of Park Nova and Grand Dunman.
Cantilevered Infinity Pool
The 50m lap pool is set above the arrival courtyard and tennis court — an engineering feat that creates a dramatic resort-style entrance experience unlike any other Novena address.
Two Registers, Two Views
"The Serra Residences" collection (Lower Register, L4–L16) and "The Summit" collection (Higher Register, L18–L28) are separated by a Sky Terrace at L17 — oriented so south units capture the city skyline and Marina Bay, north units frame greenery.
